ABOUT ME

I’m Lina Danielle Sefraoui, a French-Moroccan professional based in Berlin, a master’s graduate in project management and an accomplished marketing executive with over 7 years experience. Championing influencer marketing, project, and people management is a passion of mine.

From 2017 to 2018, whilst working as an Account Manager for a tech company, I began sharing content on my Instagram channel about fashion, beauty and interior decor - my trifecta of joy! I also took pride in securing partnerships with brands such as Dior Beauty and Gisou. Throughout my journey as a micro influencer, my goal remained steadfast: building meaningful connections with my community.

By the end of 2018, my diverse experience caught the attention of JUNIQE, as I was offered the mission by the founder to build and lead the Influencer Marketing department from scratch. Within a year, it became the second-largest growth channel, generating over seven-figure financials through approximately 3,300 collaborations per year and managing a six-digit budget. I’ve also contributed to the positioning of JUNIQE as a love brand by creating powerful social-first engagement collections including the JUNIQE x Pride Collection and #CelebrateStrength in support of a Women Empowerment nonprofit organisation.

My greatest career accomplishment, however, is that I had the honour to recruit, mentor and accompany 25 women during the 5 years working at JUNIQE.

I find immense joy in empowering other women to grow and achieve their goals through open communication, personalised leadership style and active listening. To put it simply: I care about meaningful human connections and making women successful in business.

With this in mind, I strive to be an empathetic influencer agent and consultant who brings a unique perspective and expertise, combining both impeccable organisational and negotiation skills with unparalleled brand insight and a strong content creator understanding. I believe that genuine human connections, rooted in shared values, trust, and a shared understanding of work, are essential for collaborative success.
